Beachfront Baby carriers are a must have for hot weather babywearing! 100% polyester jersey mesh lends breath-ability with just the right amount of stretch. The fabric feels like a lightweight, silky swimsuit which keeps it light in the water & dries very quickly. Wear baby in the shower, at the beach, at the water-park or in the pool. This especially comes in handy for keeping your hands free to play with or help older children in the water! Available in our original wrap-style carrier and ring sling style! Works great as an out of water carrier as well! Unlike other water baby carriers, there are no buckles, snaps or neoprene- just a long piece of comfortable cloth.
WRAP: offers 2 shouldered carrying that conforms to the wearer’s shoulders and back for a comfortable fit that is fully customizable for babies & parents of all sizes. Wraps are often the most popular choice for mothers with newborns to about 5 months. They feel a little more secure for little babies without good head control. They offer 2 shouldered carrying which is often more comfortable for long periods of wearing.
SLING: offers the ultimate in ease of carrying with a simple one-shouldered design that fits babies & wearers of all sizes. Slings are a great choice for mothers with older babies who like to be carried in the hip carry position. They are great for toddlers who often want up then down frequently as they go on easier than the wrap. They are only worn on one shoulder so longer periods of wearing a heavy baby aren’t as comfortable. Newborns to 5 months can also be worn in slings, but they take more time to get a good, safe fit as there is only one layer of fabric holding baby in.
Beachfront Baby LLC is a proud member of the Baby Carrier Industry Alliance. Babywearing in wraps and slings take practice, but is worth the effort! Photo instructions with babywearing safety info & tips is included with each carrier. Beachfront Baby carriers place baby in the optimal position- high on the wearer’s chest and close enough to kiss. This is extremely important in any water environment.
